In accordance with New York, New Jersey and District of Columbia state ethics rules, we do not represent that our legal services are superior in quality than the legal services of other attorneys, notwithstanding the way we deliver our legal services which may be different.
In most cases, we offer unbundled legal services at a fixed fee and contract with our clients to provide limited representation or discrete task representation online. We understand that in certain situations, representing a client in court will be of interest to our clients. In certain rare circumstances our firm may elect to represent a client in court, but only if we specify such representation in our engagement letter or retainer agreement. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to provide or not to provide full bundled legal services. You must to read and adhere to the limited service engagement letter or retainer agreement when using our online legal services. Our law firm offers legal services to prospective clients online. Our law firm agrees to reliably communicate with, and be accessible to clients online through our secure password-protected portal. We are available for in-person consultations for our legal services. However, based on our limited service engagement letter or retainer agreement, we may limit the scope of our representation to discrete legal tasks. If you request an in-person consultation, we will be reasonably available at a mutually convenient time and place. Vonnie C. Dones III, ESQ. does not reside in New Jersey. Our in-person consultation fees are based on an hourly rate and include, but are not limited to, reasonable attorney fees and travel and hotel accommodation costs. We offer legal consultations via e-mail, phone and live web cam (e.g., Skype) in which we include in our selected packages at no extra charge.
