Refunds. The legal documents offered from LegalCleanup.com are intended to be prepared and filed within thirty (30) days. Changes in laws and document guidelines can make older documents obsolete or unacceptable for courts. Therefore, your prepared documents must be filed within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. If for any reason your prepared forms are rejected and you did not file your documents within this time frame, there will be no refunds.

Ownership. This Site is owned and operated by Vonnie C. Dones III, ESQ. All right, title and interest in and to the materials provided on this Site, including but not limited to information, documents, logos, graphics, sounds and images (the “Materials”) are owned either by Vonnie C. Dones III, ESQ. or by our respective third party authors, developers or vendors (“Third Party Providers”). Except as otherwise expressly provided by Vonnie C. Document Preparation Service. The Document Preparation Service does not provide legal advice. It is designed to collect relevant information and data to assist in the preparation of a legal document on your behalf.

Documents completed online will be stored in the document store (“the Document Store”) on the Site for a period of time. Upon completion of the review of your Document, any Documents held in the Document Store will be deleted, unless you have arranged for them to be archived. Your attorney will also maintain a copy of the documents prepared for you for a limited period of time.

Inappropriate Content. When accessing the Site or using Vonnie C. Dones III, ESQ.’s services, you agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit or otherwise distribute any content that: (i) is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive or threatening; (b) advocates or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or foreign law or regulation; or (c) advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services. Vonnie C. Dones III, ESQ. reserves the right to terminate or delete such material from its servers. Vonnie C. Governing Law. By using this Site, you expressly agree that your rights and obligations shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, New York and/or New Jersey and the Federal Government.
